Preferred Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute civil engineering works as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth workflow. Monitor and report progress, site issues, and material requirements. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Review construction drawings and suggest modifications, if necessary. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory norms during execution. Participate in client and project meetings as required. Support project billing and quantity verification as per executed works. Requirements Proven on-site experience in civil construction/infrastructure projects. Sound knowledge of civil engineering techniques, construction practices, and project management tools. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. Familiarity with quality control, material testing, and safety compliance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead site teams. Good communication and documentation skills.
