You will be part of our HR & Admin team, supporting both people. Operations and administrative functions. The role involves handling employees grievances, recruitment, documentation, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Handle employee grievance resolution with professionalism and empathy.
· Maintain employee attendance and HR documentation.
· Assist in HR operations such as induction, employee engagement, and drafting HR letters/memos.
· Perform administrative tasks like printing, scanning, filing, and coordinating office requirements.
· Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth office operations.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labour laws.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Problem-solving and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage both HR and admin responsibilities effectively.
