HR & Admin Specialist

You will be joining Pavesoft, a company that specializes in providing software solutions across various industries. With 3 core services including Software Development, Software Consultancy, and UI/UX Design, Pavesoft focuses on delivering customized solutions for web apps, mobile apps, tailored R&D for prototype development, and seamless integration of Saas design and engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for a combination of Human Resources, Administration, and Personal Assistant duties. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing hiring assistance, from job posting to onboarding processes. - Managing comprehensive documentation related to employee information. - Organizing and managing company events to enhance workspace culture. - Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. - Managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and other tasks for upper management. - Handling phone calls, emails, letters, packages, and other correspondence. - Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Fluency in English. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
