Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources and Administration functions, providing valuable exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, office management, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate office administration tasks such as maintaining inventory, handling correspondence, and vendor management.
  • Help in preparing HR reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
