Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, managing various HR documents, and internal databases. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related queries and handle a variety of administrative tasks. Additionally, you will review and renew company policies, track staff attendance, and assist with recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documents, and internal databases. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR queries. - Handle employee documentation, including recruitment paperwork. - Assist with various administrative tasks as required. - Review and renew company policies. - Track staff attendance using Spine Software. - Assist in internal arrangements and employee engagement activities. - Maintain a database of budgeted positions and work towards providing suitable manpower for vacant positions. - Conduct systematic induction for new employees. - Generate offer, appointment, confirmation, and increment letters. - Collect documents from employees as per the standard checklist. - Maintain personal files of employees and update them regularly. - Manage onboarding, induction, attendance, and leave management. - Track probation reviews and ensure outcomes are communicated formally. - Communicate the appraisal process, verify forms, and share outcomes. - Handle resignation letters and process PF & ESIC forms. - Follow up for clearance certificates and ensure timely final settlements. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in HR administration or coordination. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Knowledge of HR policies and procedures. - Proficiency in using HR software and databases. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
