Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Handling customer inquiries related to billing issues - Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files - Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices for charge accuracy - Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations - Maintaining customer accounts - Working with a billing system to generate invoices - Posting receipts promptly - Applying fair credit practices - Processing credit memos and refunds - Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must have knowledge of SAP - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets - Familiarity with credit and collections practices - Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes - Attention to detail and accuracy - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role - High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail Additionally, the company offers health insurance and Provident Fund as benefits.
