Job Description

Nexus Automotive Service Solutions, a leading company in the automobile industry, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Admin related operations. - Manage HR related activities like payroll processing including employee benefits and taxes, recruitment, etc. - Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts. - Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits. - Oversee general administrative duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment and facilities, and scheduling appointments. - Assist in creating and implementing policies/procedures to improve efficiency within the company. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field - Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting or finance role -Malayalam Language is Added Advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally preferred) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
