**Job Description:**

We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, enhancing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and supporting performance management. You will play a crucial role in nurturing a positive company culture and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

**Responsibilities:**

**Recruitment and Onboarding:**

Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.

Coordinate onboarding processes and training programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

**Employee Relations:**

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering open communication between staff and management.

Develop and implement disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans when necessary.

**HR Administration and Compliance:**

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the management of employee benefits and conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

**Performance Management and Training:**

Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, including career development plans for employees.

Organize and coordinate training programs to support employee development and enhance organizational capabilities.

**Culture and Engagement:**

Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and job satisfaction.

Plan and organize company events and activities that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

**Administrative Duties:**

Oversee office operations, ensuring the office environment is efficient and well-maintained.

Manage administrative tasks such as procurement of office supplies, facility management, and coordination of office services.

**Requirements:**

Proven experience in HR management, ideally within the digital marketing industry.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

High level of discretion in handling confidential information.

Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management.
