HR & Admin Executive

You are a dedicated HR Executive responsible for ensuring smooth operations of facility management and HR functions, contributing to a productive and compliant work environment. Your key responsibilities include: - Overseeing daily housekeeping activities and coordinating with facility management to maintain a clean and safe workplace. - Handling and maintaining records of petty cash transactions, ensuring all expenditures are documented and within budgetary constraints. - Liaising with canteen service providers to ensure quality and timely service, addressing and resolving any issues related to canteen operations. - Maintaining and updating employee records, assisting in the preparation and management of HR documents and reports. - Overseeing the management of company transport and vehicle data, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Ensuring all HR and facility management activities comply with company policies and regulations, staying updated with HR best practices and legal requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field. - Proven experience in HR or administrative functions. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
