Job Description

Key Responsibilities Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, appraisal, etc.).
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle logistics, travel arrangements, and meeting setups.
  • Maintain petty cash and oversee administrative expenses.
  • Organize office events, celebrations, and employee activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of HR software or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
