Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR & Administration professional to manage our end-to-end people operations. This role combines HR management, recruitment, talent pipeline development, and administrative responsibilities to support our growing IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, trainees, and interns

Build and maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing hiring needs

Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data

Support attendance, leave management, salary process, and payroll coordination

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)

Provide office administration and coordination support

Act as a communication link between management and employees

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream; HR/Business/Admin is an added advantage)

1–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Administration preferred

Freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)

Willingness to learn, multitask, and manage people operations in a growing IT environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
