HR/ Admin Assistant

Role Overview: As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for running the functions of the Human Resources (HR) department from Manpower Planning to Exit processes. This involves focusing on Attract, Develop, Perform, and Retain aspects of HR while ensuring full compliance with HR policies, rules, and regulations mandated by statutory bodies. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HoDs) to understand the skills and competencies needed for all job openings, and assist in hiring qualified candidates. This includes sourcing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining proper documentation of the recruitment process. - Support HoDs in coordinating with the Training Team, both internally and externally, to ensure staff development aligns with organizational goals. - Ensure timely completion of all Performance Appraisal processes and provide ongoing feedback to employees. Implement appraisal outcomes promptly. - Maintain regular communication with employees and HoDs to ensure continuous engagement. - Administer and execute various human resource programs such as compensation and benefits, time management, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management, etc. - Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies to enhance HR practices. - Identify and recommend formal methods to enhance HR policies and procedures.
