Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, manage laundry services, and coordinate with other departments to provide excellent customer service. Daily tasks include supervising staff, conducting inspections, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Housekeeping experience
Knowledge of Laundry operations
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
