Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor with prior experience in luxury hospitality to lead and support our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure our high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction are consistently met while maintaining the ethos of The Postcard experience — discreet, refined, and deeply personal.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are upheld.
• Train, mentor, and guide housekeeping team members in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
• Manage linen and inventory control, coordinate with laundry vendors, and maintain supply stock.
• Collaborate closely with front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with discretion, professionalism, and warmth.
• Uphold and promote brand values and service excellence at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the housekeeping department of a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong eye for detail, organization, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team under dynamic conditions.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in using housekeeping software and inventory tools (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
