Job Summary:

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Housekeeping Staff: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Maintain Cleanliness Standards: Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met in all areas
• Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms, common areas, and facilities meet cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Manage Supplies: Order and manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment
• Respond to Guest/Client Concerns: Address and resolve issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
