Location - Lava Company, Noida Sec-63 Key Responsibilities Supervision & Staff Management Arranging /Manage Manpower in case of short manpower Assign duties to housekeeping staff and monitor daily cleaning schedules. Train, guide, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure proper cleaning techniques and safety practices. Conduct daily briefings and communicate instructions clearly. Maintain attendance records, leave management, and staff performance evaluations. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies. Eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Problem-solving abilities.
