Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Pali, with 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping supervision within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
