Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor Location: Chettipalayam Department: Housekeeping Job Type: Full-Time contact : 9363496148 Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff. Ensure all rooms, public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards. Conduct daily inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards. Assign duties and inspect work to ensure completion in accordance with departmental standards. Maintain housekeeping inventory and place orders for cleaning supplies and linen as needed. Report and follow up on any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Provide orientation and ongoing training to new staff members. Schedule shifts and manage attendance and timekeeping. Handle guest or client complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution. Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare performance reports and participate in staff evaluations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
