Job Summary

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facility. The role will also play an important part in assisting HR/Management in hiring, training, and onboarding housekeeping staff, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of housekeeping staff.
• Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and hygiene practices.
• Allocate duties, prepare staff schedules, and monitor attendance.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain quality.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as required.
• Handle housekeeping-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordination with respective Outlet Managers for smooth operation in the department.

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualification: Minimum Diploma/Graduate (Hotel Management or related field preferred).
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and safety standards.
• Experience in staff supervision and involvement in recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
