Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor in our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the cleanliness and hygiene standards across various operational areas. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising day-to-day housekeeping operations in production, warehouse, office, and common areas. - Monitoring cleanliness levels and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards specific to FMCG operations such as GMP and HACCP. - Scheduling and assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, managing rosters, shifts, and coverage for absences. - Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols. - Ensuring proper usage and inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals. - Training housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and workplace safety. - Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to relevant departments. - Coordinating with pest control and waste management vendors as necessary. - Maintaining documentation for cleaning schedules, audit reports, and incident logs. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives. Your qualifications should include: - Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or Facility Management. - Additional training in Industrial Hygiene, Workplace Safety, or Sanitation Practices is a plus. - Experience: 13 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role, preferably in FMCG, food, beverages, or pharma. Your knowledge should cover: - Cleaning techniques and equipment. - GMP, HACCP, and other hygiene standards. - Health and safety regulations in industrial settings. Your skills should encompass: - Leadership and people management. - Attention to detail. - Time management and task coordination. - Communication and reporting.
