Production Team Member

Job Description

To assist production line operators and supervisors in carrying out basic support tasks on the manufacturing floor, ensuring smooth flow of materials, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Support operators for production Move finished goods to designated storage or packing areas. Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas following standard protocols. Follow instructions from production supervisors and machine operators efficiently. Dispose of waste and rejected materials as per safety and environmental guidelines. Help maintain housekeeping in the production area. Report any abnormalities or hazards to the supervisor immediately. Qualifications: Education: Minimum: +2 Experience: 0–2 years in a manufacturing or packaging environment Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries preferred but not mandatory Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of hygiene and workplace safety Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Physical stamina and willingness to perform repetitive/manual tasks Team player with a positive and disciplined attitude Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required Work Environment: Factory/shop floor with exposure to machinery, noise, and packaging materials May require standing for long hours, lifting moderate weights, Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,300.00 - ₹15,600.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
