Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Facility Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Facility Manager will be responsible for handling the Housekeeping Division of the company, building client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and ensure smooth operations. The role also involves managing the facility team, monitoring day to day operations, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of strategies. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction are key responsibilities of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills, including experience in customer handling
• Proficiency in relationship building and account management
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret market trends and customer requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in security, housekeeping, or facility management sectors is must
