Crestmont Ashapurna Hotels is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations
• Manage and train housekeeping staff
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors for supplies
• Monitor and improve housekeeping procedures and SOPs

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in hotel housekeeping
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and housekeeping protocols
• Experience in team supervision and performance monitoring
