Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in Mumbai. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, including supervising staff, managing laundry services, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include hiring and onboarding housekeeping staff and ensuring effective communication within the team and with other departments. The Housekeeping Manager will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment for clients and guests.

• Supervisory skills for managing housekeeping teams and ensuring operational efficiency
• Proficiency in managing laundry services and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong customer service and communication skills to address guest needs effectively
• Experience in hiring and onboarding housekeeping staff
• Attention to detail and ability to uphold high-quality standards
• Familiarity with housekeeping operations in hospitality or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or a related field
