Job Opening: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Altruist Group of Hotels
Position: Housekeeping Manager
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 per month
Benefits: Food and accommodation will be provided
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years
Joining: Immediate joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations across the property
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper use of housekeeping supplies
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
• Implement and uphold housekeeping SOPs and hotel standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and hands-on approach
• Degree or diploma in hotel management is an advantage
• Should be available to join immediately
