Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in Morigaon. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include managing laundry operations, hiring and training staff, performing regular inspections, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires maintaining high standards of hygiene and implementing efficient cleaning practices. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team Experience in Laundry operations and related tasks Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Hiring and training housekeeping staff Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in hospitality management is an advantage
