Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team as a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer interaction.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repair of equipment and facilities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
