Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Backend Developer to join our team at Techjays, with 3-8 years of experience in the software product industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and leadership.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems using various technologies.
  • Lead a team of developers to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
