Housekeeping Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping and customer service.

• Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet high standards.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment and supplies, and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
