Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Associate to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide support when needed.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies, along with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
