We’re Hiring: House Manager

Pinch

Location -

Requirements

4–5+ years in hospitality, estate, or household management
Mandatory: Experience managing luxury residences or working with HNI/UHNI families
Strong leadership, discretion, and reliability
Fluent in English and Hindi
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Willing to travel across properties

Responsibilities

Manage daily household operations, upkeep, and inspections
Supervise and coordinate household staff
Handle vendor management, maintenance, and service schedules
Track expenses, process staff salaries, and maintain financial records
Prepare homes for arrivals and reset post-departures

Preferred

Diploma/degree in Hospitality, Estate, or Facility Management
