Role Overview:

A reputed family of three residing in Chhattarpur is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of their residence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality or house management and a proven track record of managing private households with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall functioning of the residence to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Supervise, train, and coordinate with household staff (housekeepers, cooks, drivers, etc.).

• Oversee housekeeping standards, cleanliness, and maintenance of the property.

• Handle vendor management – repairs, maintenance, supplies, and service providers.

• Assist with family schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and event coordination.

• Maintain household inventory, groceries, and supplies.

• Implement and monitor household SOPs for consistency and efficiency.

• Ensure discretion, security, and privacy at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury service, or household management.

• Prior experience in a similar role with HNI/expat families preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

• Candidates currently based in Delhi will be given preference.
