Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a House Manager based in Mumbai. The House Manager will oversee daily household operations, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate training, and maintain an efficient and organized environment. Responsibilities also include managing household activities, monitoring cooking and meal preparations, and ensuring high-quality service is consistently delivered.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and lead household staff effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and household members.
• Experience in Training and mentoring household staff to maintain service standards.
• Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure guests and household members' needs are met with care and attention.
• Knowledge or proficiency in Cooking and overseeing meal preparation as needed.
• Ability to handle daily household operations with strong organizational skills.
• Relevant experience in household or hospitality management is preferred.
• A diploma or degree related to Hospitality Management or a similar field is an advantage.
