Hotel Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, with a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; ensure team performance and morale.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and address any maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
