Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Japanese restaurant.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
  • Ensure authentic Japanese dining experience, including service style and ambiance.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with Japanese chefs and kitchen team for menu execution.
  • Monitor staff performance, schedule shifts, and conduct training.
  • Manage reservations, table arrangements, and guest flow.
  • Track daily sales, control costs, and support budgeting and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management (preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management.
  • Experience in Japanese restaurant operations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, dining etiquette, and culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
