Key Responsibilities:
We are hiring Managers for our team. Ensuring all Front Office staff, Trainee, Supervisor, Catering, Housekeeping, Security, Driver and Room boy service adhering to the hotel's service standards. Proactively monitoring and managing guest satisfaction. Promptly resolving queries, requests and complaints. Overseeing the check-in and check-out. Managing day to day reservation. Conducting regular meetings and ensuring safety and emergency regulations. Proficiency in English and Computer is a must. Other languages known is preferable.
