Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Hotel Property Sales Manager to manage sales and business development for our hotel property in Sector 38, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and manage corporate and travel partner accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell hotel rooms, long-stay packages, and property-related services in Gurgaon
• Generate leads from corporate clients, travel agencies, and walk-in guests
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with local businesses and corporates in Gurgaon
• Conduct property site visits and client meetings at Sector 38, Gurgaon
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently
• Collaborate with operations and front office teams to ensure smooth client experience
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports
• Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing in Gurgaon

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or property sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Gurgaon corporate market and business hubs
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work on-site at Sector 38, Gurgaon
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in hotel, serviced apartments, or commercial property sales
• Familiarity with Gurgaon’s corporate clients, travel agencies, and local market
• Immediate joiner preferred
