Hotel manager

Seven Junction, a business hotel in Ambala, is looking for a disciplined and experienced Hotel Manager to handle daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain staff control, especially during night hours.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Able to manage a 20-room property smoothly

Front Office Operations

• Supervise check-in & check-out
• Monitor room allocation, billing & cash handling
• Handle corporate clients and regular travelers
• Maintain OTA portals (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo)
• Ensure accurate night auditing and reports

Guest Relations

• Resolve guest issues politely & quickly
• Handle escalations and difficult guests
• Maintain a 4.0+ rating across platforms

Staff Management

• Lead FO, housekeeping, and support staff
• Maintain discipline and shift schedules
• Conduct daily briefings
• Ensure staff behavior is professional and respectful

Restaurant & Night Control

• Ensure restaurant closes on time (before 12 AM)
• Maintain safety and security at night
• Ensure no staff consumption of alcohol within premises
• Monitor CCTV and night duty performance

Administration

• Maintain stock records
• Coordinate with vendors
• Prepare daily & monthly reports
• Support owner with operational improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
