We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive business growth through effective relationship management and operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with guests to deliver a seamless and memorable travel experience.
• Reach out to potential leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Regularly interact with guests to gather feedback and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and other partners to unlock revenue opportunities.
• Manage the property’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas.
• Oversee daily apartment bookings and maintain accurate records.
• Manage the daily cash statement with complete accountability.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on bookings and revenue.
• Supervise housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met.
• Oversee procurement and stock management of daily essentials such as toiletries, dental kits, and kitchen supplies.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of prior experience in hospitality or customer service operations.
• Strong communication and language skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Proven organizational and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
• A growth mindset with a keenness to learn, adapt, and improve.
• Must be hailing from Trivandrum city

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
