Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of Chaal Khaima Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in managing restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in food service and customer experience.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of team performance.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing complaints and implementing service improvements.
• Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract a diverse clientele.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ordering processes to minimize waste and manage costs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
