With a maximum capacity of 10 guests, we are known for our homely atmosphere, warm hospitality, and peaceful environment. Position Female Manager – Hospitality & Guest Experience Location: Hind Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow Type: Full-time (Live-in preferred) Key Responsibilities • Guest Care & Relations – Greet guests with warmth, ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, maintain high guest satisfaction. • Housekeeping Oversight – Supervise cleanliness, linen, and upkeep of rooms & common areas (for up to 10 guests). • Food & Service Management – Oversee daily breakfast arrangements and maintain homely dining standards. • Reservations & Bookings – Manage listings and inquiries on Booking.com, Airbnb, GoIbibo, MakeMyTrip, etc. • Hospitality Standards – Maintain a “home-away-from-home” environment, balancing professionalism with personal warmth. • Record Keeping – Track occupancy, expenses, and report to owners. Candidate Profile • Female, preferably with a Hospitality / Hotel Management / Tourism degree or diploma. • 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, boutique hotels, or homestays (freshers with the right attitude may apply). • Languages: Hindi & English (essential). • Skills: Guest handling, basic computer & booking portal knowledge, strong communication. • Personality: Warm, approachable, caring, and attentive to detail.
