Hotel Cleanliness Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team at Le Mridien. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to provide training and guidance on cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out safely and efficiently, minimizing waste and reducing costs.
• Implement sustainable cleaning practices to reduce environmental impact and promote eco-friendly initiatives.

• Proven experience in hotel cleanliness or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
