Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage daily order processing, returns, and customer queries across our own eCommerce platform
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch & issue resolution
Update inventory, listings, and pricing on portals and internal systems
Assist in resolving order escalations and customer complaints
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, warehouse) for smooth operations

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

13 years of experience in eCommerce operations/support
Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms.
Strong communication and coordination skills (English / Hindi or Telugu would be added advantage)
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
