Strong communication and coordination skills (English / Hindi or Telugu would be added advantage) Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping, returns, and exchanges. Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while resolving issues. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service. Upsell and cross-sell products where relevant to enhance customer experience. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (preferred). Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail will be an advantage. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). A positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability. Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week. Office-based role (Chennai).
