Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden based in Dharmapuri. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, maintaining discipline, and managing hostel staff. Duties include addressing student concerns, coordinating with academic staff, organizing events and activities, and maintaining hostel facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in hostel or residential facility management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain discipline
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant experience in the educational sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Management or Education
