Hostel Warden

• Operational Oversight
• Supervise daily operations: Manage and monitor the smooth functioning of the hostel, including facilities and services.

Resident Welfare & Safety

• Ensure safety and security: Implement and monitor security measures, conduct regular inspections, and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain discipline: Uphold hostel rules and regulations, and address behavioral issues.
• Provide support: Offer guidance, counseling, and emotional support to residents, acting as a point of contact for their concerns.
• Handle emergencies: Be available on-call for emergencies, including providing first aid and coordinating medical attention when needed.

Facility Management

• Oversee maintenance: Coordinate repairs and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of hostel facilities.
• Manage mess and food services: Often involved in deciding the daily menu and ensuring food hygiene.

Administration & Communication

• Maintain records: Keep accurate documentation of student attendance, incidents, and other hostel activities.
• Serve as a liaison: Act as a bridge between residents and the hostel administration or parents.
• Organize community activities: Plan and coordinate events to foster a sense of community among residents.

• Manage staff: Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews for hostel staff, like caretakers and supervisors.
• Coordinate with vendors: Liaise with external suppliers for necessary hostel supplies and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
