Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden (Male & Female) located in Bhopal. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the student hostels, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, managing hostel staff, maintaining discipline, and enforcing hostel rules and regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing hostel facilities, addressing student grievances, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with university administration as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in hostel management or related administrative roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues effectively Organizational and multitasking abilities Capability to enforce rules and maintain discipline Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards Ability to work in an on-site role located in Bhopal
