Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Tutor/Hotel Management Educator based in Noida. The role involves designing and delivering curriculum to educate and train individuals in hospitality and hotel management. Responsibilities include conducting lectures, developing course materials, mentoring students, implementing practical training activities, and staying updated on trends and innovations in the hospitality industry. The candidate will also collaborate with hospitality professionals to enhance industry-relevant learning experiences.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including menu planning, hotel management, and guest services
Experience in teaching, training, and curriculum development in the hospitality field
Ability to provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to students in both theoretical and practical aspects
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
Proficiency in industry-specific software and technology relevant to hotel and restaurant management
Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on trends and changes in the hospitality industry
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
Experience working in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
