Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients from various industries such as Hotels, Restaurants, Malls, Offices, and Wellness establishments. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, handling all business-related matters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth. - Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience. - Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation. - Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities. - Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal meetings. In the area of Dealer Management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealership partners. Your duties will include: - Implementing effective sales and marketing strategies with dealerships to maximize revenue and market share. - Monitoring and analyzing dealership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Conducting regular dealership visits to provide support, training, and guidance on best practices. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual agreements. Your IT and other skills should include proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics are also essential. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles. - Experience in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) industry is mandatory. The job offers full-time, permanent employment with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
