We are looking for a

Hospitality Manager

to ensure smooth guest experiences at destination weddings in Jaipur. This role involves managing accommodations, transportation, event logistics, and leading the on-ground hospitality team. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-notch hospitality services at one of Indias most sought-after wedding locations.

Key Responsibilities

Arrange guest accommodations, transportation, and event logistics.
Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, and vendors for seamless operations.
Manage RSVP tracking, seating arrangements, and guest communications.
Ensure excellent guest service, handle VIPs, and address special requests.
Lead and manage on-site hospitality teams, ensuring high service standards.
Collaborate with planners and production teams to align hospitality with the event vision.
Handle last-minute changes, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in hospitality, event management, or luxury guest services.
Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage large guest groups and high-profile events.
Experience handling VIP guests and delivering personalized services.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected challenges.
Knowledge of hospitality trends and best practices, particularly for destination weddings.
