We are looking for a
Hospitality Manager
to ensure smooth guest experiences at destination weddings in Jaipur. This role involves managing accommodations, transportation, event logistics, and leading the on-ground hospitality team. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-notch hospitality services at one of Indias most sought-after wedding locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange guest accommodations, transportation, and event logistics.
- Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, and vendors for seamless operations.
- Manage RSVP tracking, seating arrangements, and guest communications.
- Ensure excellent guest service, handle VIPs, and address special requests.
- Lead and manage on-site hospitality teams, ensuring high service standards.
- Collaborate with planners and production teams to align hospitality with the event vision.
- Handle last-minute changes, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, event management, or luxury guest services.
- Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large guest groups and high-profile events.
- Experience handling VIP guests and delivering personalized services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected challenges.
- Knowledge of hospitality trends and best practices, particularly for destination weddings.
